- Local Storage: All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s secure SwiftData framework
- No Cloud Storage: We do not store your data on our servers
- No Data Transmission: Your personal investment data is never transmitted to us or third parties

OPES uses the following third-party services:
- Yahoo Finance API: To retrieve real-time stock prices and market data (public information only)
- Currency Exchange APIs: To provide currency conversion rates (no personal data shared)
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your investment data remains private and is only accessible to you on your device.
Your Rights
You have complete control over your data:
- All data can be deleted by removing the app
- Individual transactions and accounts can be deleted within the app
- No account registration is required
Children’s Privacy
OPES is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
